AI Influencer & Community Growth Lead

Role OverviewWe're looking for a social-native, AI-obsessed Influencer & Community Growth Lead to take charge of GMI Cloud's online presence and community engagement. You'll be the voice behind our Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Discord, and Reddit AI communities"”tracking trends, engaging in real-time, and building authentic relationships with the developer and AI ecosystem. You'll also drive our influencer and tech KOL partnership strategy, creating incentivized co-marketing collaborations that may include revenue sharing and cloud credit support. This role is perfect for someone who is already an influencer or creator in the AI/infra space, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others build cool things using AI Native Cloud APIs.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage GMI Cloud's social presence across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Discord, and Reddit AI communitiesCreate and curate content (threads, memes, insights, posts) tailored to the AI/developer audienceTrack community trends and conversations in the AI/ML/cloud space to keep us ahead of the curveLead co-marketing partnerships with influencers and builders, offering incentives like revenue sharing and compute credits to collaborate on content, demos, or community projectsActively recruit and invite developers to experiment with our APIs and showcase their projectsPromote product updates, community news, and online/offline events to drive engagementGrow online communities by maintaining a high-quality and authentic vibeCollaborate with marketing, product, and sales team to highlight success stories and new featuresUse data and experimentation to refine social media content strategy and maximize reachRequirementsMust be a tech influencer/KOL with a meaningful personal following and original content in AI/cloud/devEnglish-speaking background with excellent communication skills and strong social instinctsDeep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and developer ecosystemsActive and culturally fluent on X (Twitter), with experience managing or participating in communities on LinkedIn, Discord, and RedditStrong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, platform-native content***** Experience with online/offline event promotion, campaign execution, or grassroots developer outreach***** Graphic/video content creation skills
