As we prepare to emerge from stealth mode, were building our marketing team to accelerate pipeline growth and drive revenue.Role Overview: Were seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. In this critical role, youll develop and execute data-driven initiatives across the full funnel that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, optimize conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value. This position offers significant growth opportunity and hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement full-funnel growth strategies that drive acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral metricsBuild and optimize digital marketing programs across paid search, social, email, and content syndicationDevelop and execute A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve conversion rates at all stages of the customer journeyAnalyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer experienceCollaborate with product teams to implement product-led growth initiatives and improve user onboardingCreate and implement lead nurturing workflows and retention campaigns to maximize customer lifetime valueDevelop compelling content and assets that drive awareness, conversion, and retentionManage marketing automation platform and CRM integration to ensure proper tracking and attribution throughout the customer journeyAnalyze performance metrics across the entire funnel and optimize programs to improve ROISupport event marketing strategy, including webinars, virtual events, and industry conferencesMonitor growth KPIs and prepare reports on program effectiveness across all funnel stagesStay current on growth marketing best practices and recommend innovative approachesCollaborate with sales and customer success teams to align growth activities with business goalsQualifications:4+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on growth marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategiesExperience executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across the full customer journeyFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systemsUnderstanding of conversion rate optimization and user behavior analyticsExperience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworksData-driven approach with ability to analyze metrics across the entire customer journeyKnowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and retention marketing principlesStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesCollaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionallyB2B SaaS experience preferred but not requiredBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experienceLocated in Seattle or willing to relocateWere looking for someone who is:Results-oriented with a focus on measurable growth impactAnalytical and comfortable working with data to drive decision-makingAdaptable and comfortable in a changing startup environmentCreative problem-solver who can work with limited resourcesSelf-starter who takes initiative and can work independentlyEager to learn and experiment with new growth strategiesWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceEquity in a high-growth startupComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and visionFlexible work arrangementsOpportunity for rapid professional growth and increased responsibilityCollaborative work environment in a well-funded startupWork with cutting-edge technology including Generative AI
