In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end process of building and executing high-performing OOH campaigns"”pitching directly to clients, developing strategies, securing inventory, and ensuring flawless delivery. You'll need to be both creative and analytical, a skilled communicator who can think globally and move quickly.Key **Pitch directly to clients with compelling ideas, plans, and creative strategies tailored to their brand objectivesPlan and execute global OOH campaigns across traditional, non-traditional, experiential, and emerging formatsNegotiate rates and secure inventory with vendor partners to deliver maximum valueManage campaigns from start to finish, from strategy and planning to execution, reporting, and optimizationCollaborate internally with our media, sales, and marketing teams to respond to briefs and RFPs with creativity and speedMonitor market trends, availability, pricing, and performance to keep campaigns competitive and effectiveMaintain campaign documentation, timelines, and reporting to ensure transparency and accuracy**3+ years of experience as an OOH media planner and buyerProven ability to pitch client-direct and build trusted relationshipsStrong understanding of OOH markets and formats (global experience is a plus)Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsExceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrategic thinker with a creative mindset and solution-oriented approachExperience with media planning software or platforms is a plus
