A well-established Long Island law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury law to join their Hempstead office. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of personal injury pleadings and discovery processes and be able to provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process.Key **Draft and prepare discovery responses, bills of particulars, and other legal pleadings.Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys.Handle client correspondence professionally and promptly.Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, court dates, and depositions.Perform data entry, maintain accurate case records, and update client files.Organize and file legal documents and correspondence systematically.Assist with document review and legal analysis for active cases.Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to support legal tasks.**Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably within personal injury law.Strong knowledge of personal injury pleadings, discovery responses, and litigation support.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
