Human Resources Coordinator

HR Coordinator** On-site in Tustin, CAVaco is partnering with a leading distributor to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator. This full-time, on-site role supports the field HR team and a workforce of approximately 3,000 California-based employees. Were seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful professional with 3-5 years of HR experience who is eager to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key *Provide support across HR functions including onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and recruiting.Manage and validate employee records, including I-9 verification and data entry in HRIS (SuccessFactors or similar).Create and interpret reports, draft correspondence, and support documentation needs.Respond to employee inquiries, manage mailings, and fulfill record requests.Assist in preparing presentations, tracking HR metrics, and coordinating with team members on key initiatives.****3-5 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills strongly preferred.Familiarity with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors or equivalent).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and strong time management.Proven discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
