This front-facing role will act as a strategic & trusted partner to the CEO and will interact with very impressive and high-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience supporting c-level leadership at a hypergrowth & fast moving startup and/or tech company.This is an amazing opportunity to join a cutting-edge & game-changing company in a senior role!THE NITTY *Act as an extension of the CEO & company with professionalism & polishManage email inbox and respond to internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & professionalismArrange travel and prepare itinerariesExpertly prioritize CEOs time, oversee calendar management, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflictsArrange investor meetings and coordinate logisticsPrepare presentations and meeting materialsPlan company events, offsites, and meetingsTrack and process expensesAssist with various tasks and projects, as neededTHE *10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant5+ years of c-level support experience at a startup and/or fast-growing tech companyMust have experience with executive inbox managementSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environmentResponsive nature and ability to work outside normal business hours as neededStrategic & process-oriented mindsetClear & concise communication styleSuperb organizational skillsAdaptable nature and ability to shift priorities as neededTHE CHERRY ON *Opportunity to join an impressive startup as they scale to the next level!Work alongside a bright & innovative executive* Mountain View, CA Onsite)** $180k - 200k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)What are you waiting for?
