The Client Services Coordinator plays an important role in fostering firm relations, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while cultivating a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The role encompasses managing all front desk operations and providing administrative assistance to the office. You'll love this job **· You value and demonstrate client service.· You have excellent communication skills. · You excel at problem-solving.· You thrive as a team player.· You are detail oriented.· You have fun.What you'll ** Front Desk **Be the Face of Our Firm: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, offering assistance when needed.· Communications: Manage all incoming calls to our switchboard, ensuring seamless communication within the firm.· Visitor Coordination: Correspond with building security to welcome upcoming visitors to the firm.· Meeting * Assist with ordering food and beverage services for firm meetings and external guests.· Client-Attorney * Act as a vital liaison between clients and attorneys, providing clerical and administrative support to visiting attorneys when needed.· Invoice * Handle invoices and expenses related to administrative tasks.· Versatile * Take on various administrative duties as assigned by People Operations.Facilities ** Work alongside the Operations Manager and Facilities Department to ensure Facilities needs are handled timely and appropriately.You should *****Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to pivot with challenges.Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information.Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments and contribute to a positive working environment.Two or more years of related experience and/or training in general office procedures. Prior law firm experience helpful.
