Commercial Real Estate Finance Paralegal

Our client, an AMLaw 100 firm located in the financial district seeks a Senior Real Estate Finance Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate finance experience. In this role, you will provide legal support for commercial real estate finance transactions including mortgage, mezzanine and construction loans for all commercial asset classes, representing commercial and investment banks and other regulated and non-regulated lenders. This is a hybrid position. Salary 150K-160K.Specific duties include, but are not limited to the **Coordinating real estate finance (mortgage and mezzanine loan) closingsOrdering UCC/litigation/judgment/bankruptcy searchesPreparation and filing of UCC financing statementsAssembly and distribution of transaction documentsDelivery of closing documents to title companies for recordingAssembly and distribution of closing setsCustodial deliveries and attention to client post-closing protocolsExperience and **Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and ability to follow complex instructionsAbility to interact in a professional, cooperative and tactful manner with clients, co-workers and transaction partiesExcellent verbal, written, organizational, computer and interpersonal skillsAvailability to work overtime as required.Proficiency following orientation and training in Word, Outlook, iManage, Excel and other firm applicationsBA/BS with a minimum of 5 years commercial real estate finance experience.
