In this role, you will handle inbound calls from members regarding their accounts and questions. Youll be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience every step of the way.Key *Respond to and resolve member service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Accurately document all interactions using the designated format in the company system.Take appropriate actions to address and resolve members' concerns and questions.Collaborate with team members and leadership to support departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to members.Uphold service quality standards and ensure a positive member experience during each interaction.****High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance settingKnowledge of medical terminology and health insurance concepts is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficient with computers and call center systems
