Litigation Legal Assistant

Consilio is currently seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join a prestigious law firm in Washington DC. This is a permanent, full-time, benefited position. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support a high-performing group of attorneys and paralegals. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strong litigation knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a professional, client-focused demeanor.Work ** Hybrid. 1st 90 days in office Mon-Thurs, remote Friday. After 90 days, 3 in / 2 outSalary * $64,500 - $100,000 annually depending on years of experience 🔹Key Responsibilities *Drafting, revising, and e-filing legal documents in both state and federal court systemsSupporting trial preparation, including coordinating discovery, depositions, and trial bindersManaging attorney calendars, travel, expenses, and meeting coordinationMaintaining organized case files and project timelinesHandling time entry and facilitating conflicts checks and client onboardingActing as a liaison between attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teamsSupporting overall firm operations with a team-first mindset🔹**Bachelor's degree 5+ years of litigation support experience within a multi-office firmStrong communication and proofreading skillsAbility to juggle multiple tasks while staying highly organized and detail-drivenSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Aderant and ChromeRiver is a big plusELS Consilio Direct Hire Division staffs positions for Consilio clients and does not staff for internal corporate positions Consilio.
