This role is for a client of Lucas James Talent PartnersJob * Administrative AssistantReports * CEO Full-Time Hybrid (3 days in office, 1 day at CEOs home office, 1 day remote)Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 + bonusAbout the RoleJoin a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting a highly engaged, frequently traveling CEO, his collaborative and friendly team, and his experienced Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and service-oriented who thrives in a support position and enjoys wearing many hats.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Calendar SupportManage and coordinate a very busy, ever-changing calendarAssist and back up the Executive Assistant as neededSchedule meetings, Zoom/phone calls, and client appointmentsMaintain calendar flow to avoid overbooking and support CEO's busy scheduleAdministrative DutiesHandle email correspondence and scheduling logisticsAttend team and client calls; take and distribute detailed notesManage mail (incoming/outgoing), printing, copying, and document signing (e.g., DocuSign)Light bookkeeping tasks, including uploading/scanning documents, cutting checks, and paying bills (when instructed)Support coordination with external accountantsSome light assistance with LinkedIn activityClient & Partner InteractionAssist with intake for potential clients or business partnersSchedule intro calls, respond to LinkedIn inquiries, and maintain tracking spreadsheetsProvide high-touch, professional communication with clients and partnersEvent & Gathering CoordinationAssist with planning and logistics for team dinners, client events, or in-home gatheringsCoordinate with rental vendors, chefs, bartenders, and hospitality servicesBe on-site when needed to ensure seamless executionHome & Personal AssistanceLiaise with housekeepers, gardeners, contractors, and service providersOversee home organization, deliveries, errands, and general upkeep once a week (*** this is not a cleaning role)Ensure the home is guest-ready weekly and stocked with essential itemsMake travel and restaurant reservations as requestedIdeal Candidate Will PossessExceptional responsiveness and follow-throughWarm, professional demeanor with the team, executive, and clientsStrong multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to anticipate needs and act proactivelyA "can-do" attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever neededProblem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quicklyA doer who takes initiative and follows throughPosition Details3 days/week in the office, 1 day/week at employer's home office, 1 day/week remoteBachelor's degree requiredBe on call during working hours
