The Event Coordinator will support the administration, planning, coordinating, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, internal meetings, and client-facing experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who brings energy and precision to every stage of event execution.This position will require international travel and being in the office five days a week. This is a 9-month W2 contract position. *****Administrative responsibility for supporting the planning and execution of high-profile eventsAssist with the planning and execution of in-person high-profile eventsCoordinate logistics such as venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, travel, accommodations, audiovisual, and shipping.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Comms, Sales, Procurement, etc.) to ensure brand and message alignment.Support pre-event planning, including timelines, budgets, production schedules, and run-of-show documents.Manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and post-event surveys.Handle all event and administrative tasks with a high degree of confidentiality and in compliance with company policies and procedures.RequirementsBachelors degree in applicable areas2-3 years of event coordination experience within a professional settingCVENT and SharePoint software are preferredExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong MS Office suite and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel overseas
