CodeGreen is seeking a senior professional with a strong background in Building Enclosure consulting and inspection to join our dynamic team. At CodeGreen, you will play a pivotal role in independently scoping, coordinating, and managing multiple projects, driving them to successful completion. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing holistic and innovative strategies to maximize building performance, durability, and sustainability. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver exceptional results. This position provides you with the opportunity to assist with the growth and development of our building enclosure practice to ensure we achieve our strategic objectives.Responsibilities:Strategize: Support the Director in developing and implementing regional strategies aligned with the Company's goals. Implement business plans and budgets that align with both the Company's and the Region's strategies.Project Leadership: Define project objectives and goals, keeping projects on track with these objectives.Client Engagement: Manage strategic scopes of work, lead client meetings, and provide education on building enclosure initiatives. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities to connect services, and present additional offerings. Gather opportunities for work and then prepare/review proposals for potential work.Deliverables: Produce high-quality deliverables in a timely manner for clients.Team Coordination: Work with support staff to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Lead local team, providing direction, mentorship, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Drive a culture of effective people management and career development with a focus on growth and preparing successors for key roles.Billing and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely billing of projects and oversee the creation and submission of all required and ad hoc reports.Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and provide training to support staff to maintain best-in-class practices. Attend Client and Industry organization meetings/events. Engage in professional organizations, write papers, attend conferences, and/or contribute to technical committees.Administrative and Business Responsibilities: Assist in marketing and presenting all CodeGreen service offerings to clients.Account Management: Handle account management responsibilities as assigned by company leadership.Requirements:Experience: 7+ years of Building Enclosure consulting and project management experience, managing multiple projects concurrently.Technical: Technical understanding of building enclosure systems (waterproofing, roofing, facades, glazing, fenestrations, air/vapor barriers, etc.) and construction.Skills: Experienced with typical Microsoft Office Suite to support and run a business.Organizational Skills: Superb organization and time-management skills.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in technical writing.Ability to visit projects/job sites and work outside during all seasons. This may include working from ladders, boom-lifts, scaffolds, swing stages, and rooftops.Ability to periodically travel outside of immediate region.PreferencesTechnical or bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering, architecture, construction management, etc.).Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or Licensed General Contractor is a plus.IIBEC, LEED, CSI, PMI, or other industry credentials are a plus.Ability to bring in building science work to the team.Knowledge of applicable construction and testing standards (ASTM, AAMA, etc.).If you're passionate about high performance buildings, have a track record of successful project management, and want to join a leading company in the field, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.At CodeGreen, we believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity.
