Commercial Roofing Project ManagerLocation: San Antonio, TXSalary Based on Experience:Project Coordinator (1-2 years): $65,000Project Manager (3-5 years): $70,000 - $80,000Operations Manager (20+ years): Up to $140,000Must Haves:At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on roofingStrongly Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.5+ years of construction experience, including commercial roofingOSHA 30 certificationOverview:We are seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle of commercial roofing jobs. This individual will ensure successful execution through effective scheduling, budget management, client coordination, and leadership of project teams.Key Responsibilities:Oversee multiple roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and profitabilityManage schedules, budgets, change orders, contracts, purchase orders, and billingSupervise Project Coordinators and Superintendents to maintain project performanceUtilize project management tools and field technologies (e.g., KeyStyle, PlanGrid, QAQC, JHA)Conduct job site visits and attend project meetings to track progress and resolve issuesEnsure accurate and timely QA/QC reportingMaintain strong relationships with clients and vendorsMentor and train junior staff, including Assistant Project Managers and CoordinatorsReview and approve jobs for invoicing and assist with conflict resolutionProcess submittals, RFIs, and project documentationQualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar project management or assistant project manager role in commercial constructionStrong understanding of commercial roofing systems and construction processesOSHA 30 certification preferredProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project documentationAbility to read and interpret construction documentsSolid knowledge of construction contracts, submittals, RFIs, and billingProven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive projects to completionValid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.Preferred:Bilingual (English/Spanish)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field5+ years of construction experience, including commercial roofing
