This full-time role, based in Seattle, WA, will lead the coordination, execution, and oversight of construction and maintenance projects across our diverse portfolio"”which includes eight wedding venues, four commercial office buildings, residential rentals, and other event properties.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction or facilities project management, strong vendor and contractor coordination skills, and the ability to manage both short-term repairs and long-term capital improvement projects. This role is key to ensuring our spaces remain beautiful, functional, and safe for guests and tenants alike.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all construction and maintenance projects, including capital improvements, renovations, repairs, and tenant improvementsPerform maintenance and repair requestsOversee contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work delivered on time and within budgetCoordinate project timelines, permitting, materials procurement, and schedulingConduct regular inspections of properties to assess building systems, safety, and complianceCreate and maintain project documentation, timelines, reports, and budgetsCollaborate with the leadership team on scoping, planning, and budgeting for upcoming projects and acquisitionsProvide emergency response and problem-solving support for urgent maintenance issuesAssist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs across the portfolioTrack and report on ongoing construction status, maintenance metrics, and capital planningQualifications4+ years in construction project management, facilities management, or related field; experience managing projects across commercial or mixed-use portfolios preferredProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong knowledge building systemsFamiliarity with maintenance systems, preventative planning, and vendor managementExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skillsProficiency in project management software (Asana or similar tools)Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and crisis management abilitiesAbout UsLandmark Event Co. is Seattles premier multi-event space provider, known for delivering extraordinary experiences through our in-house catering by Herban Feast.
