This position involves a variety of tasks essential to the management of defense cases, *Assisting with trial preparationE-filing and managing Court MapsCalendaring and schedulingSubpoena preparation and controlDrafting correspondencePerforming administrative tasksHandling billing and other standard legal assistant duties*We are looking for organized, proactive candidates who are self-starters and possess the following experience and *Experience assisting with trial preparationTrial experienceProficiency in e-filing and Court MapsStrong calendaring and scheduling skillsExperience in subpoena preparation and controlAbility to draft correspondence and perform administrative tasksBilling and billable hours experienceRecent experience in Insurance Defense is preferredOnly Florida & Orlando-based applicants will be considered.*This is a full time on-site position
