Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be assisting the Manager with marketing campaigns, organizing and hosting events, managing social media and supporting the internal CRM system Campaign ***** Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement, and track multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness in the video and event production industry.Content ***** Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.Social Media ***** Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, create engaging content, respond to followers, and analyze performance to optimize reach and engagement.CRM and Database ***** Maintain the marketing database with up-to-date client and prospect information using HubSpot to support targeted campaigns.Market ***** Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies and highlight new opportunities.Vendor and Partner ***** Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of promotional materials and event logistics.Event Support: Assist in organizing in-house and client events, including logistics, attendee management, and on-site coordination.
