Photo Specialist (Editor)***** Remote, must be local to Culver City, CA, Cupertino, CA, or New York, NY***** 6 months; potential to extend / 40 hrs/week***** ~$72/hr, DOELooking for a Photo Specialist to join a well-known Fortune 500 client on a 6-month contract.This role will be remote, but must be local to Culver City, CA, Cupertino, CA or New York, NY.**Seek out, identify, and license compelling images and video for a variety of featuresServe as a key member of the team - brainstorming, coordinating, and collaborating frequently to synthesize creative input into visual solutionsAssist the team in conceptualizing, designing, and creating the content experiences for products.**Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred5+ years of photo editing or multimedia experience in a creative-driven environment,Has a portfolio showing exceptional talent in delivering top-tier photo researchDeep understanding of editorial storytellingBroad knowledge of photographers across many genres, including portraiture, documentary, conceptual, fine art, and moreFamiliarity with all forms/types of sources for existing photography, including boutique syndication agencies, wires, stock houses, museums, and galleriesKnowledge of image rights, likeness restrictions, contract negotiation, and legal clearance processes for licensed contentClear and concise communicatorHighly collaborative, great to work with on a team, and instinctively understands the value of building great relationshipsFlexibility, creative problem solving, and attention to detail are a must
