By prioritizing coherence in design strategies, inventiveness, and determination we empower our team to use originality and imagination to ensure our projects lead through cutting-edge design.We are currently seeking aMarketing Manager in our Costa Mesa, CA office.About the Position Execute e-marketing plan through the creation and dissemination of social media and email marketing content.Analyze and deliver performance data of digital marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness.Coordinate and participate in various industry eventsLeading strategy for trade show, award submittals, and conference participation, including development of branded materialsMaintain a monthly marketing calendar to track critical activities and deadlinesOrganized company events and team bonding eventsProvide graphic design support for proposals and/or client presentationsAssist in generating a marketing campaign to potential new clientsConducting market research to better understand client and market needsAssist in social media content, including website updatesMaintaining CRM (client relationship management) information including marketing and client contact databaseLeading the production of proposals, SOQs, and collateral materials in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProvide narratives for various local regional and national award submittalsCoordinate with photographers on projectsRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalentProficiency in MS applications, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and a CRM DatabaseMust have strong written and oral communication skills, and strong graphics aptitudeProficient in digital marketing tools and anizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of basic marketing principles.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent8 plus years' experience in professional marketing services preferably in the A/E/C industryExcellent leadership and communication skillsDeadline -driven and dedicated to excellenceExperience with Adobe PhotoshopAbility to travel as needed (not mandatory)Salary/WagesWe offer an extensive benefits package for this position including:Expected Salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00Commission OpportunitiesMedical/Dental/VisionPaid vacation, sick leave, and holidays401k Retirement
