What you will do as a Marketing Project **Manage the execution and workflow of direct mail acquisition marketing projects to ensure on-time deliverySet up project schedules and manage daily tasks using workflow toolsCommunicate with external vendor on direct mail projectsRoute projects through review stages and secure necessary regulatory approvalsRelease completed projects for production and distributionProvide regular status updates and support communication with stakeholdersProactively identify roadblocks and recommend solutions to keep projects on trackOffer workflow tool support as needed for other project managersWhat you will bring to the Marketing Project Manager *2-3 years of project management experience in consumer marketing; Medicare experience is a plusProven ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelinesStrong understanding of direct mail marketing processesExperience working with workflow/project management software (e.g., Robohead or similar project management tools)Excellent attention to detail and the ability to pivot quickly in response to shifting prioritiesComfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving requirementsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family's needs.
