Our client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team and support day-to-day equipment reliability across their manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who excels in troubleshooting, has a passion for process improvement, and thrives in a leadership role.🔧Key *Supervise and support the maintenance team; lead by exampleTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsUtilize CMMS software for maintenance scheduling, inventory tracking, and task planningCollaborate with department leaders and the Corporate Plant Engineer on capital planningCoordinate and schedule equipment services (presses, cranes, compressors)Monitor MTTR and prioritize urgent repairsEnsure team follows all PPE and LOTO safety protocolsConduct performance tracking and periodic reviews✅ *4+ years in industrial maintenance; 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory roleStrong background in PLC troubleshooting, electrical controls, and mechanical repairExperience with schematics and diagnostic toolsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periodsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required🛠️ Additional *Reports **** Corporate Plant EngineerEmergency maintenance availability requiredSome local travel may be necessary for training/vendor meetingsLooking for a role where you can lead and make an impact every day?
