The continued success of the Group comes from the commitment of its employees that combine a passion for their craft and their skills with the ambition of the Group.Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive the relocation of our Ontario and Corona operations into a new 144,000 square foot facility in Corona. The new building has been constructed for logistics/warehousing and requires construction/modification to accommodate our manufacturing equipment. The transfer of processes and people will require tight coordination to minimize downtime and make sure that we optimize the new settings. The Construction Project Manager will lead both aspects of the project in coordination with the Operations Team.Pay Range: $100-120K/annualYour ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of project from inception to completion, ensuring it is complete on time, within budget, and according to specifications by managing all phases of the modification process, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, while adhering to local building codes and safety regulations.Set needed construction and amenitiesFollow-up for an on-time and on-budget achievementSupervise all work by outside contractors to ensure that they are completing their work satisfactorilyMaintain all documentation of workAdvise/recommend/design project modifications and additions to improve Operations performance after moving, reduce project completion time, reduce project overall costManage capital projects, develop scope of work and conduct bids. Oversee work and approve progress payments and final sign-off of the projects.
