Regional Property Manager

We are looking for a Regional Property Manager who will play a key leadership role, overseeing the performance and operations of our entire property management portfolio. The Director will manage a team of property managers, set departmental goals, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations across all properties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management, a strong track record of leadership, financial acumen, and a focus on delivering outstanding service to tenants and clients alike. This is a senior-level position requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on management to ensure that the properties under our care maintain the highest level of operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities:· Set performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets both company and property-specific goals. · Develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance, occupancy rates, and revenue growth · Work closely with senior leadership to drive property value enhancement initiatives, budget management, and capital improvement planning. · Review and approve property budgets, capital expenditures, and rent collections. Ensure that properties operate within budget and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. · Lead efforts to maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring high retention rates and positive communication · Oversee the management of property maintenance, repairs, and capital projects, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality of building systems · Regularly review and improve standard operating procedures for efficiency.
