Our products are sold through major mass retailers across the U.S. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our corporate headquarters in Davie, Florida.About the ** We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager to serve as the right hand to the Owner/President. This individual will play a central role in coordinating daily operations and supporting key departments. The Office Manager will work closely with the Owner/President and internal teams to streamline workflows, ensure timely execution of projects, and support the company's growth initiatives.Key *Oversee day-to-day office operations, including order processing, warehouse coordination, vendor and customer communication, and project trackingMaintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systemsCollaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to meet project deadlinesSupport the product development team from concept through to deliveryContribute to strategic projects, including efforts to bring manufacturing to FloridaAssist with research related to government funding, employee programs, and equipment sourcing3+ years of experience in fashion, merchandising, or a related industryStrong understanding of EDI, UPCs, and retail complianceProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working collaboratively with a lean, entrepreneurial teamBonus Points **Experience working with major retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Nordstrom)Familiarity with government grants or manufacturing infrastructure****Competitive salaryGrowth opportunities within a fast-paced, innovative companyCasual and collaborative office culture
