Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in NYC! Key **Prepare legal documents such as standard pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories; ensure timely filing of documents in accordance with court rules and procedures.Support attorneys in case management by organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic case files and databases.Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, legal articles, and other relevant materials; summarize findings and provide written reports to attorneys.Assist attorneys with routine correspondence and communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other third parties.Aid in trial preparation by compiling exhibits, drafting witness lists, and managing logistics for court appearances.Qualifications and **Associate degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred.Minimum of four years of experience working as a paralegal.Strong project and case management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Role may also involve responsibilities in transactional areas such as real estate and corporate law, as well as environmental and regulatory matters.The Phoenix Group Advisors is an equal opportunity employer.
