Title: Brand Marketing Manager VPay: $75-$90/hr.Job ***** 62163-1Location: Fully Remote (Local to Los Angeles, CA preferred)Duration: 6-month contract starting M-F, full-time (40 hours); W2Opportunity for extension or conversion based on performance and business needsHealth Benefits + PTOSummary:Seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join a social media App Brand Marketing Team. This person will focus on championing the brands mission and positioning to drive business growth and brand awareness.Responsibilities:Brand **Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing channelsSupport positioning and external messaging for go-to-market execution for feature launches.Support Full-Funnel Campaign Planning & *Execute programs that drive brand messaging across awareness, consideration and engagement channels, on and off the app.Project manage work flows, including timeline management and creative trafficking, to ensure on-time delivery of deliverables and completion of key milestones.Measurement and Analysis:Aid in the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and brand health.Analyze results and provide actionable insights to optimize future activations and campaigns.Cross-Functional ****Partner with internal teams to ensure aligned brand messaging and activation execution.Collaborate with internal and external agencies to drive brand initiatives.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS degree (or equivalent professional experience)6-8+ years' experience in brand management or brand marketingProven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and full-funnel activations, tests or campaigns.Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.Strong analytical skills, with experience in measurement and analysis of campaign effectiveness.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional fortable in a fast-paced environment, strong project management skills and ability to thrive amidst ambiguityPreferred QualificationsMBAEnd-to-end tech or brand management experience (e.g., CPG brand management experience) and a strong understanding of the creative development process.Experience marketing a brand to creators/influencers, or working with creators in brand marketing programsPassion for sports, entertainment, music and culture
