If you are passionate about what you do and having fun while doing it; tired of rigid and strict work environments and would like to work in a non-bureaucratic startup cultural environment, WorldLink may be the place for you.For more information about our craft, visit we're looking for:We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Consumer & Shopper Insights to join our team.Role and Responsibilities:Support the learning agenda for the assigned programs in collaboration with the Consumer & Shopper Insight Teams (CSMI) and Product Management.Support the definition of the target consumer, the value proposition and portfolio segmentation through data and insights analysis.Support the design and delivery of the Go to Market Strategy by leading its internal alignment with organization and HQ stakeholders, delivering the analysis required to define the Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures (OGSM).Co-manage key agency relationships in building foundational elements of the communication strategy from 1) translation of the target consumer into addressable audiences, communities and opportunity segments 2) Leading the preparation of the messaging strategies and toolkits.Co-Lead the preparation of the Integrate Marketing Communication plans also by providing leadership of multi-functional team inclusive of Media, Creative, Influencers, Brand Experience, Partnership, PR.Review all communications assets, advertising, promotional materials, public relations announcements, press releases for brand alignment.Support the performance management by ensuring all campaigns, programs and activations deliver against aligned OGSM.Required Experience and Education:4-6 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, or product marketing - experience in the CPG or Electronics business is a plus.Bachelor's Degree.Experience with GTM planning, Campaign Execution, Campaign performance analysis.Deep understanding of Consumer/Shopper/Category data and ability to translate into actionable plans.Experience developing programs for Gen Z and Gen Alpha is a plus.Necessary Skills and Attributes:Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.Willingness to ramp up rapidly and lead the strategy, selection and measurement of partners with minimal supervision.Strong ability to collaborate with cross functional partners from an analytical and creative perspective, with focus on performance-based marketing outcomes.A disruptive thinker that has a proven track record of challenging the status quo in order to create new product marketing playbooksAbility to articulate objectives clearly and ensure that program tactics directly support those objectives and associated measurement plans.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by contract employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
