As the Paid Media Strategist at Fuse, you will play a key role in leading the tactical planning, execution, and performance optimization of paid digital media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in media buying, data analysis, and digital optimization across search, social, programmatic, and other emerging channels.This position is best suited for a performance-driven media professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media strategy and execution. Experience in nonprofit fundraising is preferred, though not required. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated digital strategies to support fundraising goals across email, paid social (Meta), paid search (Google and Microsoft Ads), and programmatic/display channels.Create and manage digital campaign briefs, calendars, and test plans that support continuous learning and improvement.Oversee email marketing efforts from strategy and segmentation to testing, deployment, and analysis.Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy development, creative coordination, and in-platform performance monitoring.Track budgets across channels and ensure campaigns are pacing properly and meeting performance benchmarks (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.).Analyze campaign performance across platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio to provide insights and optimization recommendations.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure digital strategies align with broader client objectives and timelines.Participate in client meetings to present digital strategy, campaign results, and strategic recommendations.Stay current on platform updates, digital fundraising innovations, and industry best practices.Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital fundraising, with a strong grasp of paid and owned channel management.Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, and Grants), Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram), and email marketing platforms.Familiarity with digital campaign analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio).Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once.Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.Preferred *****Google Ads & Google Analytics certificationsExperience with email and SMS fundraising platforms Familiarity with Asana or similar project management toolsExperience managing media for Giving Tuesday, EOY, or emergency response campaignsExperience with conversion tracking and pixel setup
