As an SEO & Content Specialist, you will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and content strategy designed to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will also stay ahead of algorithm changes, industry trends, and the latest AI-driven developments, adapting strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of digital marketing.Content Strategy & DevelopmentSupport the creation and upkeep of a cohesive SEO strategy, ensuring it aligns with goals and drives traffic and engagement across blogs, service"‘line pages, location pages, and other high"‘value website sections.Create and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring the consistent publication of high-quality content that meets both brand standards and SEO requirements.Publish and update content in the CMS, focusing on a seamless and user-friendly experience.Track and advance content milestones, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with evolving business priorities.On-Page SEO & OptimizationConduct SEO audits on existing content to identify optimization opportunities, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and structured data.Perform keyword research to uncover content gaps and refine website copy for improved organic performance.Optimize content layouts (headings, calls to action, internal linking structures) to enhance user engagement and click-through rates.Collaborate with developers to ensure mobile responsiveness, fast page-load times, and overall technical health.Off-Page SEO & Link-BuildingDevelop and execute link-building campaigns aimed at elevating domain authority, adhering to ethical (white-hat) practices.Research and maintain relationships with influencers, industry experts, and digital communities to expand brand reach.Monitor backlinks, disavow low-quality links, and stay vigilant about reputation management and brand mentions.Performance Monitoring & AnalyticsUtilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to monitor site performance, traffic metrics, and keyword rankings.Report on technical SEO performance and user engagement, applying data-driven insights to refine content strategies.Track and communicate ROI of organic digital marketing initiatives, presenting key insights to stakeholders.Leverage data to guide iterative improvements, focusing on boosting conversions and overall website performance.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork cross-functionally with operations, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to support service expansions and achieve growth objectives.Partner with data scientists and IT teams to ensure data integrity and capitalize on actionable insights from advanced analytics.Participate in content brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas that increase brand visibility and engagement.Support user testing initiatives, collaborating with the SEO & Content Specialist to validate new customer journey experiences.Keep up with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging best practices, integrating learnings into content and SEO roadmaps.AI & Emerging TrendsStay informed of AI-driven SEO tools and developments, incorporating machine learning insights into keyword research, content creation, and optimization tactics.Adapt strategies to search engine algorithm updates, ensuring the brand remains competitive in evolving digital landscapes.Experiment with new techniques, including predictive search strategies, AI-assisted content generation, and advanced analytics for enhanced decision-making.
