LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading beverage organization looking for a strategic and creative Shopper Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and sales growth in retail environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CPG or beverage industry and a deep understanding of shopper insights. This role will be located in New York City.Shopper Marketing Manager**Develop the annual customer marketing plan from the global brand plans to drive growth with key customersDeliver the activation, visibility and promotional plans. Ensure tactical activations and long-term permanent visibility objectives are executed brilliantly, with a focus on key strategic locations and premiumizationDevelop, plan and execute brand campaign, product launches, digital/social strategies and consumer events in line with brand guidelines to ensure overall brands objectives are achievedPartner with the Digital Marketing Manager to define and determine brand digital strategy across retailers e-commerce sites, retailers social, digital media platformsDrive online conversion leveraging the most updated/relevant platforms and digital toolsBe the key point of contact for the customer for marketing initiatives and the partner for the Commercial team in managing business performanceBuilding best-in-class partnerships with customers, team members and domestic market contactsReview activation tools for effectiveness and work with the Brand Marketing team to enhance or improve engagement and impactCategory analysis to report on performance (depletions) versus the category to understand performanceDevelop insight-driven and category growth-led customer propositionsOwn the Brand Investment through budgeting, tracking and implementation of the spends Co-own the P&L with the Key Account Manager, delivering ROI on all marketing activitiesReview activation and promotional effectiveness and recommend actions to improve performance as required (ROI)Maintain a good understanding of competitor activity, review and analyze industry data to improve targeting and performance, including passenger data, IWSR and other industry dataShopper Marketing Manager **Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field5+ years of trade/customer/shopper/consumer marketing experienceStrong business acumen, analytical and organization skillsGood interpersonal and collaborative skillsRelentless focus on best-in-class executionExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent negotiation and influencing skillsCustomer and results-orientedStrong understanding of the Americas passengersAbility to travel regionally occasionallyIf you are passionate about shopper marketing and want to make a significant impact in the beverage industry, please apply today!Thank you,Cas NgiramowaiSenior Marketing RecruiterLaSalle Network
