Job Summary: The 360 Marketing Consultant will lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for the key categories of brand fragrance and makeup. This role is the axis point for our Product, Consumer and Paid strategies. They will lead our Go-To-Market strategy across all campaigns, National Market-share Gains, and partner closely with our global brand to help align strategy on how to drive excellence in the region while protecting the equity of the brand.As the 360 Marketing Consultant for Private Blend and Makeup, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of large-scale marketing initiatives, including strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and performance measurement. You will lead a talented team and work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the beauty industry, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to create innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.This is a temporary opportunity starting end of May 2025 lasting until end of December 2025. The role will be operating off a hybrid schedule on-site at the brands corporate office located in New York, NY, only local candidates will be considered.Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & VisionDevelops and evolves a compelling brand and marketing vision rooted in consumer, category, and macro trends to maintain relevance, desirability, and competitive advantage.Aligns and energizes cross-functional teams around strategic priorities, fostering a high-performance culture that values accountability, agility, and innovation.Serves as the key liaison to senior leadership, translating marketing strategy into business impact and advocating for brand priorities across the broader organization.Continuously challenges the status quo, driving change and redefining success through forward-thinking leadership and innovative tegrated Marketing Strategy & ExecutionLeads development and execution of NOAM 360° marketing strategies for Private Blend and Makeup across product, digital, retail, PR, influencer, experiential, and social media to support launches, drive seasonal momentum, and achieve long-term brand goalsCrafts integrated marketing plans and creative briefs informed by consumer insights, performance data, and business objectives, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints and channels.Oversees the full marketing mix, including product marketing, visual merchandising, POS, CRM/loyalty, and omnichannel integration.Drives seamless implementation of campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring cohesion across creative, media, digital, and in-store experiencesEstablishes performance KPIs and measurement frameworks across marketing initiatives; regularly reviews campaign data to inform future strategy.Cross-Functional Leadership & CollaborationBuilds and leads high-performing, diverse marketing team with deep functional expertise across consumer engagement, product marketing, digital, and analytics.Collaborates cross-functionally with Creative, PR/Communications, Sales/Accounts, Education, Finance, Online, and Creative to deliver integrated brand and business strategies.Mentors talent and builds organizational capability, creating opportunities for growth and enabling team members to realize their potential.Creative & Content DevelopmentPartners closely with Creative teams to define and execute a compelling and ownable brand platform, visual identity, and editorial storytelling.Elevates content quality through data-informed creative decision-making, integrating performance analytics to drive ROI and effectiveness.Leads development of engaging consumer experiences, with a focus on brand storytelling, disruptive visual merchandising, and cohesive online/offline content.Leverages consumer insights, in-market performance, and data analytics to optimize campaigns, refine creative, and inform innovation.Omnichannel Strategy & Consumer ExperienceDevelops comprehensive omnichannel marketing frameworks adapted to the role of each channel and retail partner, informed by NOAM retailer strategy, shopper insights and analytics.Ensures a cohesive consumer journey across DTC, retail, and digital channels, driving awareness, conversion, and loyalty.Leads ecommerce and digital marketing strategies that are mobile-first, conversion-focused, and aligned with the broader brand engagement plan.Media, Influencer & Performance MarketingLeads performance-driven media strategies, informed by ROI models and consumer insights to optimize reach, relevance, and return.Oversees strategic media planning, buying, and distribution across traditional and digital platforms, ensuring equity alignment and media sufficiency for key priorities.Works collaboratively with PR/Communications team to identify influencer content for paid boosting aligned with brand values and cultural relevancePlanning, Budgeting & Operational ExcellenceOwns annual and seasonal marketing calendars, aligning with commercial goals, sales plans, and resource allocation.Own pricing, forecasting, category assortment, national advertising campaigns and promotionsOversees National Advertising budget management ensuring efficiency, ROI, and strategic investment.Partners with operations, supply chain, and external agencies to manage project pipelines, assortments, promotions, and in-market activations.Experience:Experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful 360° campaigns across digital, retail, experiential, PR, influencer, and DTC channels"”preferably within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industries.Deep subject matter expertise in building and evolving consumer brands through various growth stages, including periods of expansion and transformation.Extensive experience planning and executing marketing programs across digital ecosystems, including paid media, ecommerce, CRM, and social platforms.Experience with point-of-sale, eventing, pop-ups, and retail marketing, with a strong grasp of evolving multi-channel retail practices and consumer technologies.Skilled at managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, impact, and measurable ROI.Demonstrated ability to lead complex product launches and seasonal campaigns.Proven ability to collaborate with external advertising and creative agencies to bring campaigns to life.Skills:Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities;
