Email Marketing Manager

We are recruiting an Email Marketing Manager for our client in Union, NJ. In this role, the Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns that drive client (B2B) activation, increase revenue, and enhance client engagement.This role is in office four days a week and remote one day a week (after an onboarding period).Key **Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns focusing on abandoned cart flows, sample conversion, win-back strategies, and upsell opportunitiesLeverage data analytics to enhance email segmentation, personalization, and automationOptimize customer acquisition through website sign-up forms and automated prospecting workflowsBuild dynamic email sequences tailored to key customer personasOversee email automation and trigger-based campaigns based on customer behaviorAnalyze performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to refine strategiesManage customer segmentation and list hygiene in KlaviyoCreate detailed reports and translate analytics into strategic recommendationsExecute email content calendar aligned with product launches and promotional campaignsCraft engaging, storytelling-driven email campaigns that strengthen brand presence**Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in creative industry or consumer brandExperience in B2B marketing requiredExpertise in Klaviyo (required) and experience with Shopify (preferred)Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to campaign optimizationProactive mindset with eagerness to explore new email marketing trendsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative CloudExcellent communication and copywriting skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
