24 Seven is partnering with a well-known lifestyle & wellness company to help them find a Product Innovation Marketing Manager to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ for this onsite role. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity that comes with excellent benefits and bonuses. Ideal ***** will have 5+ years of experience in product marketing and research & development within a CPG environment, with a strong focus on front-end innovation and product lifecycle development. They will excel at identifying portfolio gaps, building strategic product roadmaps, and anticipating emerging health trends 2-3 years ahead to drive successful annual product launches.Role SummaryIn this role, youll lead competitive and trend analysis to identify market gaps and emerging innovations in ingredients, formats, packaging, and claims. You'll use credible science, consumer insights, and market data to shape forward-thinking product concepts. Working closely with R&D, sales, operations, and partners, youll uncover new opportunities and guide product ideation and testing. You'll also collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing & Management to build innovation roadmaps aligned with strategic goals. Strong leadership, technical know-how, and project management are key to delivering breakthrough products that excite customers.*****Leads competitor analysis, identifies market gaps, and assesses consumer trends to inform product strategies.Researches innovations in ingredients, formats, packaging, and claims to shape forward-thinking product proposals.Drives product discovery, leading cross-functional teams in ideation and concept development based on insights and innovation.Crafts product proposals that highlight differentiation and compelling selling points grounded in science and customer benefits.Provides data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support a customer-centric, future-ready product portfolio.Monitors industry trends, technologies, and regulations to maintain competitiveness and anticipate customer needs.Partners with cross-functional teams throughout development to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and strategies.Leads or supports consumer testing to validate new product concepts and ensure they meet market needs.Helps build a strong innovation pipeline by prioritizing impactful ideas that drive growth and customer loyalty.Manages all aspects of innovation projects, from timelines and updates to risk assessment and leadership communication.Available to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet project goals.
