This is a dual-cap role that requires mastery of both performance marketing (paid social, search, CRO) and retention marketing (email, SMS, subscription, loyalty).You'll be tasked with building predictable acquisition systems, optimizing paid media spend, increasing customer lifetime value, and driving cohesive campaigns across every step of the funnel.You'll lead a small, elite team of marketers and collaborate with our creative, product, and operations teams to make every dollar perform harder and every customer stays longer.LOCATIONFull-Time In Office (Mesa,AZ)EMPLOYMENT TYPEFull-time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMGains In Bulk helps individuals maximize their performance in life and the gym.Gains In Bulk is home to Instantized Creatine® and our entire lineup of premium, third-party-tested, whole-food supplements.Gains In Bulk is a 2X Inc. 5000 honoree and is among the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the United States. The company was co-founded in 2016 by Braven Grant and is headquartered in Mesa, Arizona.RESPONSIBILITIESSome of the core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Acquisition/Growth MarketingCo-develop strategy and lead execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, AppLovin, etcBuild and manage a full-funnel performance roadmap launches, promos, evergreenOptimize daily paid spend to hit NC-ROAS, CPA, and CAC targetsPartner with our creative strategist and media buyer to ensure assets align with performance insightsOversee landing page optimization, conversion funnels, and testing strategyStay on top of digital ad trends, platform updates, and best practicesRetention/Lifecycle MarketingOwn post-purchase journey across email, SMS, loyalty, and surprise & delightBuild scalable onboarding flows, cancel flows, and win-back automationIncrease 60-day and 180-day LTV across subscription and non-subscription cohortsManage list growth, deliverability, segmentation, and campaign calendarPartner with customer support to reduce friction + increase satisfactionCo-develop marketing calendar(s)Data & Team LeadershipLead weekly marketing performance reviews with CMOMentor and grow a cross-functional marketing team (growth, retention, creative ops)Own the marketing P&L and budget allocation across channelsIdentify levers to scale: product bundles, launches, pricing tests, funnelsCollaborate with CRO, all agencies / contractors, and Influencer/UGC teams to ensure alignmentQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS5+ years in e-commerce - worked at an agency or owned/operated ecom brand (preferably DTC supplements or CPG)Deep experience in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads with $1M+ annual spendProficiency in Klaviyo, Postscript, and funnel-based copy strategyStrong analytical capabilities in GA4, Excel, Triple Whale, Shopify, etc.Experience in building out landing pages, split tests, and promotional calendarsBonus: experience in subscription, influencer seedingEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredExperience working inside a fast-paced e-commerce brand or agencyExperience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionallyComfortable presenting marketing performance data to exec teamOUR BRANDGains In BulkTRAVELOccasional travel (5-15%) may be required for on-location shoots, events, and expos.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerLight to moderate effort may be required during shoot days or event travelCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSSalary: $100,000 - $130,000(Based on Experience)Benefits:Health insurancePaid time off and company holidaysEmployee discount on Gains In Bulk productsOpportunities for travel and professional developmentAccess to gym and wellness resourcesCAUGHT YOUR ATTENTION?Thank you for your interest in joining our growing brand!
