The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong work ethic, be a hands-on professional, have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a multi company environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) Tool.· Prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach for pipeline development· Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.· Assist in the planning and execution of internal collateral, including governance materials. · Coordinate trade shows, events, and promotional activities, including team travel and logistics. · Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.· Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing. · Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing and sales efforts.· Handle general administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequirements:Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.Skills:· Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.· Experience with social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation.· Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and best practices.Key Competencies:Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Adaptability and willingness to take on various tasks.LOCATION: Fully remote role.
