HR Coordinator - I Position Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of human resources activities and programs. May assist the HR Generalist and/or HR Manager with complex and specialized administrative tasks or projects. Acts as a liaison between HR and Operations office admin teams to execute assigned duties effectively and efficiently.Qualifications & Requirements:HR-related experience preferredMinimum one year of Data Entry experience, familiarity with Oracle Cloud preferredStrong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to be flexible, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSolid PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Indicators & Attributes for Success:Attention to detailAbility to stay on task and follow throughSafety consciousCustomer/Client focusPositive attitudePrioritization & organizational skillsAccountabilityEthical practiceStrong team-playerPrimary Responsibilities:Assists with Leading Liberty Leadership Program administrative work (travel book, seminar set up, etc.,)Orders company credit cards and ensures deliveryCorrects inconsistencies, discrepancies, and missing data in OracleFacilitates new hire orientation for corporate locationsSchedules preemployment screening for corporate locationsOversees document and record managementResponds to general employee inquiriesResponds to unemployment claimsReviews job descriptionsReviews Screening One InvoicesSends final clear for hireReviews preemployment background checks/MVRs and provides initial recommendation to HRGConverts new hires in OracleReviews direct deposit information post NHOSends pre-adverse and adverse action lettersSubmits I-9 documentation to E-VerifyOther Duties: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
