In this role, youll provide essential support to our staff, affiliates and clients, helping keep processes smooth, communications clear, and everyone valued. You'll be an integral part of a small team that thrives on collaboration, loyalty, and a shared commitment to excellence. As a secretarial team member, you will work cross functionally with different departments and roles with positions globally. The ideal candidate would possess a high level of adaptability and great communication and organizational skills. Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with Fintech advertising clients, team members, owners and stakeholders with warmth, discretion, and professionalism "” in person, over the phone, and via emailMaintain an organized office environment and keep records and files updated, secure, and easy to accessManage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - take meeting minutes and distribute to internal team and stakeholdersPrepare, proofread, and manage documents including ad listings, contracts, and confidentiality agreementsAssist with marketing materials, Funding Request presentations and social media/marketingSupport ownership with follow-ups, research, and administrative tasks as needed Who You AreYou're the kind of person who remembers birthdays, color-codes your calendar, and always has an extra pen (or three). You help set the tone for the whole office.You're growth-minded - curious, open to learning, and ready to grow with a firm that values both heart and hustle.Qualifications/RequirementsPrior administrative experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanor and a genuine desire to support a teamThis is an onsite position. Must have reliable transportation to and from workMust be willing to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week. Maximum of 30 hours per week.Schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 12 PM EST.
