Senior Public Relations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Public Relations Manager to lead our PR efforts in North America. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic communications initiatives that enhance brand awareness, manage media relationships, and support product and campaign launches across the U.S. and Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional PR strategies aligned with global brand direction and product launchesBuild and maintain strong relationships with tech, gaming, and lifestyle media, influencers, and press outletsAct as company spokesperson for North American media inquiries and product showcasesWrite, localize, and distribute press releases, media kits, and talking pointsCoordinate media interviews, press briefings, and product review programsCollaborate with product marketing, community, and social teams to ensure message consistencyTrack and analyze PR performance metrics and report results to stakeholdersManage external PR agencies or freelancers when necessaryCrisis communications planning and responseRepresent Cooler Master at major trade shows, conventions, and launch eventsQualificationsBachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field8+ years of experience in PR, preferably in the tech, hardware, or consumer electronics sectorProven media and influencer network in North America (especially in PC/Gaming/Tech)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision) and media monitoringStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyComfortable working in a global, cross-functional environmentPassion for gaming, DIY PC building, and/or tech culture is a strong plusPreferredBilingual (English + Mandarin) is a plusExperience managing product reviews and embargoed media
