You'll still be close to the action on the floor, but with more influence, more responsibility, and a clearer path to leadership.You'll be the go-to for day-to-day food safety and quality operations. That means owning the shift, supporting QA techs, investigating deviations, managing holds, leading pre-op inspections, and being the eyes and ears for everything from GMP compliance to HACCP verification. Youll lead by example, train by doing, and solve problems before they escalate.
