Legal Recruiting Coordinator (Silicon Valley)

The Ford Agency is looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator for a corporate law firm in their Silicon Valley, CA office. The Coordinator will play an integral part in organizing and implementing the firms summer associate, fall recruitment programs, and lateral recruitment processes. This role is well suited to candidates with at least one and a half years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm. This position has frequent interaction with firm leadership, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing recruiting professional looking to level-up in a firm with a great work culture!Responsibilities ***** Assist with the fall recruitment ***** liaise with law schools, register for on-campus interview and job fairs, coordinate and attend recruitment events, schedule interviews, and serve as a point of contact for candidatesSupport the summer associate ***** organize and monitor summer events, prepare orientation schedules, assist with coordinating summer assignments, prepare for mid and end of summer reviews, and summarize program surveyOverall logistical ***** prepare and manage law school feedback forms and surveys and oversee and process recruitment expenses and budgetsQualifications ***** Bachelors Degree1.5 years of legal recruiting experience in a law firmMS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Team player mentalityTop-notch written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and project management skills, ability to juggle competing prioritiesCandidates for this position must be based in the Silicon Valley, CA area or have independent plans for relocation.
