Our client, a large reputable law firm, is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support their team in the Palo Alto office! Position SummaryThe Recruiting Assistant will play a key role in supporting the department's recruiting efforts, working closely with the Recruiting Manager & Specialists to help execute firmwide initiatives. You will primarily assist with the Law School Recruiting Program, Summer Associate Program, 2L Recruiting, and Lateral Hiring. The role is highly administrative in nature, involving substantial data entry, scheduling, and logistical coordination. Additionally, the assistant will contribute to various team projects as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support for law school, lateral, and 2L recruiting effortsAssist with the planning and execution of the Summer Associate ProgramManage applicant data entry, interview scheduling, and follow-up communicationsSupport the recruiting team with special projects and initiativesMaintain accurate records and databases; generate reports as requestedUphold a client service-oriented approach in all responsibilitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree and 1-2 years of recruiting or related administrative experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be consideredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with HR or applicant tracking systems is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe Phoenix Group Advisors is an equal opportunity employer.
