Facilities Assistant

Our client is inneed of someone to help the facilities team in their New York office.Pay ***** $28Long term temp with potential for perm - if it becomes perm, will pay approximately 60k7am start - 4pm departure**Receiving all deliveries for officeOrganizing storage cabinetsConstant surveying and restocking of snacks, drinks, refrigerators, etc. and keeping kitchen areas clean and tidyLifting and putting away deliveries (must be able to lift at least 15 pounds)Several times a day, take cart down to lobby to pick up lunch deliveries for employees (3-4x/day)Load dishwasher throughout day and unload in morningPack uneaten fresh food to be picked up for donation 2x/weekReceive and set up weekly office-wide catered breakfasts (Wednesdays)Maintaining coffee machines - ensuring they have all ingredients stocked (espresso, milks, etc.) and clean machines as neededStock restrooms with personal products as neededPersonable, approachableInventory management experience preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) very helpfulOffice experience required, ideally in a fast-paced office of at least 100 people in NYC (professional services environment)If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
