Job ***** Sr. Administrative Assistant***** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMJob ***** Full-TimeSalary ***** $45,000 - $55,000 per year**Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment.Greet and assist visitors; handle incoming phone callsManage complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings for high-level executivesPlan and book domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportationTrack, reconcile, and report company expensesMaintain the office environment and ensure general upkeepOrder and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor servicesPrepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and correspondenceMaintain organized physical and digital filing systemsProvide administrative support to legal counsel as neededBachelors degree requiredProven experience in calendar management for senior executivesExperience planning and booking business travelStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to multitaskStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilityBasic understanding of legal documents and filingsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to reliably commute to or plan relocation to Rockville, MD prior to start dateHealth insurancePaid time off***8-hour shiftMonday to FridayIn-person roleAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
