About the RoleRonbow is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale ourpaid media strategy across Meta, Google, and programmatic channels. You'll beresponsible for driving high-intent leads, optimizing ROAS, and implementing growthexperiments to maximize our monthly ad spend. Paid Media Strategy & ExecutionLead end-to-end management of Meta Ads, Google Search/Shopping, and programmatic campaigns (display, retargeting, geofencing)Develop audience targeting strategies (lookalikes, intent-based keywords, custom segments) aligned with Ronbow's buyer personasOversee A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CPL and conversion rates.2. Budget Optimization & ROAS GrowthAllocate budgets dynamically across platforms based on performance data (***** 20% reduction in CPL YoY)Identify and scale high-performing campaigns (e.g., "Countertop Kitchen Promo") while sunsetting underperformersImplement automated rules and AI bidding (e.g., Google Smart Bidding) to enhance efficiency3. Cross-Channel Funnel ManagementCollaborate with the CRM team to retarget leads and improve MQL-to-SQL conversionPartner with the creative team to produce high-converting ad assets (video testimonials, 3D design visuals)Ensure seamless tracking with UTMs, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations4.
