Customer facing experience with track record handling a high volume of customer queries via tickets/ seller platforms.Able to navigate multiple different platforms in order to solve customer queries related to the order journey. Handle queries, most common queries are "˜ Where is my stuff', "˜Where is my refund'.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience using SAP, Order Manager tools and Excel.Confident working independently covering weekends and alternate shifts. Hours will shift for the week to support the weekend.A solutions focused individual who can use their initiative when faced with complex or ambiguous challenges.Handling WFM tickets.Processing Special Orders.
