Your leadership will drive the success of our team, optimize workflows, and enhance the patient experience.*Oversee daily operations of the medical office to ensure efficient workflows.Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate office staff performance.Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure HIPAA compliance.Manage the office budget, including financial planning and expense control.Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient appointments and manage patient flow.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using practice management software like NextGen or Healthfusion.Address patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly.Work with insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims.Ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available to support office operations.Stay informed on medical practice management trends and advancements.Skills and **Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.Must hold a valid RN, or LPN license (required)A minimum of five years of proven experience in healthcare, preferably in an ambulatory or outpatient setting.In-depth knowledge of medical administrative support functions and procedures.Proficiency in practice management software such as NextGen or Healthfusion.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.Understanding of budgeting principles and financial management within a medical environment.
