Our client a a non-profit child welfare organization has multiple openings for Masters and Bachelors Level in Social work or related (entry level/recent graduates openings also available) positions for Therapists, Social Workers, Home finders, Case Workers, Case planners, Clinicians, Supervisors, etc. You will provide services including family and individual therapy, advocacy (Child Support, Housing, and School systems), educational monitoring, parenting support and general case management services.** Full time Mon to Fri - 40 hours weekly (need to be available flexible hours as per the family's availability - must be flexible to be available evenings for home visits as required NYC (Staten Island, Brooklyn, Bronx, Harlem, Manhattan locations) United States Involves home visits within the state of New York*Job *Provides services to children, adolescents and their families using various social work methods, including individual, group and family therapy. These functions are performed under general supervision, necessitating the ability to exercise independent and sound judgment.*Assesses the social and emotional needs of children, adolescents and families involvedDevelops and implements treatment planning and direct clinical services to clients using modalities most appropriate to clients needs following regulatory agencies guidelines.Coordinates social work services and client referrals between the program and other agencies providing an array of services.Updates and maintains case recordsRemains available for crisis intervention as the need arises, Work with a multidisciplinary team.Performs other related duties, as required.SKILLS AND **Masters or Bachelors Degree in Social Work or a related field required, Licensed will be a plus.
