We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our clients private dental office. This family practice is located just 8 miles south of Cincinnati in the town of Edgewood, Kentucky. They are seeking a full time dentist who can work 5 days per week and 1 Saturday per month from 8 am to 1 pm.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to create a welcoming environment for patients of all ages.A full time associate can expect to earn between 250K and 350K per year, depending experience and procedures performed. They offer a very competitive daily guarantee & % of adjusted production, plus full benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, 401K with a match. Bread and butter procedures is all that is required, but of course if a dentist can do advanced procedures that is a plus. They do refer out molar endo, extractions and dentures, so there is a great opportunity if someone wants to do them.The practice has an amazing team of assistants, hygienists and front desk with very low turnover. They have built an amazing reputation over the past 40+ years. They also have state of the art equipment.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs.Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.Provide specialized care in areas such as pediatrics, endodontics, and prosthodontics.Administer root canal therapy and other complex dental treatments as necessary.Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to optimize patient care.ExperienceDoctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred.Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.Knowledge of endodontics, prosthodontics, and root canal therapy is advantageous.Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and infection control standards.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.Please apply with us to learn more about this reputable, private office.All inquiries are confidential.
