The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing parent education, implementing behavior management strategies, and utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques in working with clients.QualificationsBehavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skillsExperience in Parent Education and PsychologyBehavior Management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team settingBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationMasters degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related fieldExperience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
