Clinical PharmacistPlattsburgh-NYFull-Time (FTE)_Direct Hire***** Clinical Pharmacist Job ** Full-Time (FTE)** Plattsburgh-NYBase ***** $126,464 to $187,100 +Best-in-class benefits** * Medication Preparation and ** Accurately prepare and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies for both inpatients and outpatients. * Order ***** Review and verify medication orders, ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with established protocols. * Patient ***** Provide medication counseling to patients, explaining dosage, side effects, and potential interactions. * Inventory ***** Maintain appropriate inventory levels of medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling. Quality ***** Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing practices.** * ** Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy). * ***** Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in New York State. * ***** Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.** ** 40 hours per week. Primary ***** Evening (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM). Secondary ***** 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM and 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (as needed).
